Yes, please sign me up for the CPA course that I've
checked below, and charge the tuition to my credit card. NOTE: The course tuition includes a
non-refundable $100 deposit. If cancellation occurs within two weeks of
course date, the full tuition is non-refundable, and cannot be applied to a future
course.
NOTE: CPA members should include
their member number to receive the member tuition rate. Non-member tuition is
$55 additional, and includes a one-year membership in CPA. (If you have just
signed up as a CPA member and don't yet have your member number, enter "New
Member" in the member number box below.)
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: CPA can make room reservations at reserved rates for seminar
attendees at the following hotels: Radisson Hotel, Santa Maria
